Return Policy

Zensorium guarantees that all orders are up to standard prior to shipping to you. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Zensorium.com for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to request for a refund. While Zensorium will cover the cost of return shipping, an administration fee of US$15 will apply and will be deducted from the refund

 

1. Return Conditions

All the following conditions must be met to qualify for a return/refund:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 14 days of your purchase date. To request an RMA, email our Customer Support Team here
  • Return(s) must be in good physical and working condition (not physically broken or damaged) along with its original packaging.
  • All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • You will be compliant to the Return Procedure emailed to you. Any charges incurred as a result of non-compliance will be passed onto you.
  • You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Zensorium.
  • Any return(s) to Zensorium (a) without an RMA from Zensorium and/or (b) without all parts included in the original packages will be refused or charge with a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.

Any claim after 14 days is to be determined at the discretion of Zensorium. Administration (US$15) and Restocking (US$15) fees may apply.

 

 

2. Faulty Products

 

Within 14 days of purchase, Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) parts will be repaired or replaced within 2 working days from receipt of returned parts. No repair or shipment fees will be charged to the customer. 

Should you have a fault claim, it must be brought to our Customer Support Team attention within 14 days of purchase. If the Customer Support Representative cannot correct the problem by remote support methods i.e. phone or Email support and determines that the problem is the result of product failure, which is covered under Zensorium’s warranty policy, you will be issued with a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) Number and advised on the return compliance. No fees will be charged to the customer.

Products not purchased from this website are not accepted for returns; Customers will have to contact their Reseller for the return.

 

FAQ

What if I bought the wrong product?

All exchanges will be charged with a shipping fee of USD$15. Exchanged products must be unused and in the original packaging.

 

What if I change my mind once I have received the goods?
All ‘change of mind’ will be entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. You will not be eligible for any refunds.

 

How do I ship my return/exchange?
Our Customer Support Team will advise on the return procedure together with the RMA number via email after RMA confirmation. Requests for RMA are typically processed and confirmed during working days between 9:00AM to 5:00 PM (Singapore Time, SGT). 

 

What is the RMA validity?

The Product must be received by Zensorium within 10 days from the issuance of the RMA number. If you return Product to Zensorium (a) without indicating the RMA number (b) beyond the 10 day RMA issuance period, Zensorium retains the right to refuse the delivery of such return.   

 

When will my credit card be refunded?
Please allow a maximum of 4 weeks for Zensorium to credit the refund, minus the nominal fees (if any) back into the account used to make the original purchase via Paypal.
